Accessing SSO enabled IDrive® e2 account

Once SSO has been enabled for user accounts, during sign in, instead of prompting the user to enter a password, they will be redirected to IdP. The IdP will then handle the authentication by asking the user to sign in to IdP via a username and password.

If the user's credentials are correct and successfully validated by the IdP, the user will be redirected back to IDrive® e2 as an authenticated user.

Once SSO is enabled for user accounts, they can access their data from anywhere by logging in from the web console.
