AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
Please carefully read the following Terms of Service before registering for and using the Service ("we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect when you access the Site applies, and the "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable — for example, by posting a prominent notice on the Site or updating the Effective date. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
OUR TECHNOLOGY, AND WHAT THIS SITE IS
Our organization ("we," "us") is developing an autonomous-driving system on a staged roadmap. The capabilities available today are advanced driver-assistance features — SAE Level 2+ (partial driving automation). The Site also describes later stages (Collaborative Driving and Robotaxi) that are in development and not currently available. Descriptions of planned capabilities are forward-looking, reflect current intentions, and may change without notice. The Site is provided for general information only and is not an offer, warranty, or binding commitment of any kind.
IMPORTANT — THIS IS A DRIVER-ASSISTANCE SYSTEM, NOT A SELF-DRIVING CAR
Our current systems provide driver-assistance functions — such as adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assistance. They assist a licensed driver; they do not replace one, and they do not make a vehicle autonomous or capable of operating without active human supervision. When any assisted-driving feature is engaged:
- A licensed driver must remain fully attentive at all times, with hands on the wheel and eyes on the road, and must be ready to take over immediately.
- The driver is solely responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and for compliance with all traffic laws.
- Features have operating limitations and do not work in all conditions, locations, or speeds (for example, certain speed-management features operate only in slow-moving traffic above 5 mph).
- Features are available only on supported vehicles and within supported regions and operating conditions, and will not function properly outside them.
- The vehicle's official owner documentation and on-screen instructions control over any general description on this Site.
Our systems do not make a vehicle autonomous or capable of operation without an attentive, licensed driver. Failure to supervise the vehicle and the driving environment can result in property damage, serious injury, or death. Access and use these features only when you can do so safely.
