The dashboard summarizes the backup statistics and local and cloud storage of all the client devices. Click any section for a calendar view or graphical representation of the respective data.
Backup Status
Monitor backup status and statistics of the configured computers, VMs, and network shares
Local Storage
View the storage utilization by computers, VMs, and network shares on the IDrive BMR device
Cloud Storage
View storage utilization by computers, VMs, and network shares on the cloud account
User Report
View the list of all the client companies, the total number of devices configured under each company, the number of local backups and cloud repositories, and the latest backup activity details at client level. Monitor alarms and health for all the devices of all the client companies.

Device Information
Monitor the status of the IDrive BMR devices for the client companies. View the storage consumption, total number of computers, VMs, and network shares configured to each device on the device page. The dashboard of a specific device displays the device specifications, backup status, hardware information, and local and cloud storage utilization.
The device information report will display:

Displays the device IP address, LAN Speed, and Device Health
Device Status
View the Last Backup information, Uptime, and the IDrive BMR Firmware Version
Hardware
Details of the IDrive BMR device: memory capacity, CPU count, and the OS partition
Storage
Local and Cloud Repository storage utilization with the latest replication time
Track integrity status, latest backup time, backup status, and the latest 10 backup attempts of the computers, VMware servers, and network shares on the devices. You can also manage recovery points on the devices and cloud accounts.
Track device alarms for all the client companies
Use predefined alarms to monitor the devices and backup infrastructure of your client companies. Monitor device alarms by filtering alarm severity and operation type.
Schedule alarm reports and get notified about important events and issues at your account, client-company, or any device level; or quickly export required alarm details as a CSV/XML file.
