Feedback Form
Use the 'Send Error Report' feature built-in with the IDrive classic interface to report any application related issues. This feature is available on the IDrive tray icon. To activate this, right-click on the tray icon and click on 'Send Error Report'. In case the tray icon icon is not active on the tray, go to
Start > Programs > IDrive > IDrive Tray.
(Mac users can send the error report using IDrive Monitor status item > 'Send Error Report')
This 'Send Error Report' mechanism automatically captures essential information to help us resolve the problems you may be facing with the application.
