Use the 'Send Error Report' feature built-in with the IDrive interface to report any application related issues. This feature is available on the IDrive tray icon. To activate this, right-click on the tray icon and click on 'Send Error Report'. In case the tray icon is not active on the tray, go to
Start > Programs > IDrive > IDrive Tray.
