A backup set is a collection of files/folders on your device, which are considered for online backup. You can create five backup sets and schedule automatic backups for them at intervals defined by you.

To create a new backup set,

  1. From the Backup tab, click Create new Backup set.
  2. Enter the backup set name. The name can include letters, numbers, space and specific characters(.-_).
  3. Select the files or folders you want to include in this set for backup.



    Note:

    (a) 
    You can view the files/folders you have selected for backup by clicking Selected files/folders list.
    (b) 
    You can remove a file or folder from the backup list by selecting the file/folder and then clicking Remove.

  4. Click Schedule Backup.The Schedule backup parameters screen appears.
  5. Set the desired backup parameters and click Update Schedule.


Note:
  • If you click Cancelon the Schedule Backup Parameters screen, your backup set will be created without a schedule.
  • If the selected files/folders in backup set doesn't exist, you will get File/Folder missing alert message. 
  • The new backup set will reflect under the Scheduler tab as well as in the Backup Set Name drop-down list in the Backup tab.
  • You can set the cut-off time for when you want to stop the scheduled backup.
