In order to backup your Synology NAS device to the cloud, you need an IDrive account.

To perform backup from your NAS device,

1. Sign up for an IDrive account by filling up the account creation form. Then select the plan and then click Create My Account.
2. Configure your account with default/private encryption and click Continue.

Now your IDrive account is ready to backup your files and folders.
