To backup your NAS device,

1. Login to the Netgear Backup app by validating your NAS credentials. 
2. You will be redirected to the IDrive account settings page.
3. Provide your IDrive account credentials.

To log in to the Netgear Backup app,

1. Log in to the NAS device with your credentials.
2. On the Admin page, click Apps > Installed Apps.
3. Click Launch under  to start the app.
4. Enter your NAS device credentials and click Login. 
5. Select the Remember me check box, if you want the app to remember your NAS credentials.
   
   
   
6. On the IDrive Account Settings window, enter your IDrive Username and Password.
7. Click Login.

If you had set a private encryption key for your account,

1. Click Login. You will be redirected to the Encryption Key page. 
2. Enter your encryption key.
3. Click Continue.
   
   
   

Note: You will be unable to login to your account, if your Netgear device is behind a proxy server. To solve this issue, provide your proxy server details in the Network tab.
