Login - asustor-backup

Log in to the Asustor Backup app by validating your NAS credentials in order to backup your NAS device. On successful validation, the app will redirect you to IDrive account settings page where you need to enter your IDrive account credentials.

To login,

Enter your credentials to log in to the NAS device.
Click in the application gallery, to launch the app.
In the 'IDrive Asustor Backup' login page, provide your NAS device credentials and click Login.
If you had enabled 2-step verification for your NAS device, enter the 6-digit code.
Enter your IDrive Username and Password and click Login on theIDrive Account Settings window.

Note: If you had set a private encryption key for your account, on clicking Login, it will redirect to the Encryption Key page. Enter your encryption key and click Continue.

Note: If your Asustor device is connected to internet via a proxy server, then you will not be able to log in. In such a case, you need to provide your proxy server details in the Network tab for the app to communicate via proxy.
